Corroless CCI 450 is a blend of resins and vapour phase corrosion inhibitor, developed for use where the requirement is for the customer to be able to see the substrate.

Surface Preparation

• For best results degrease using a water-soluble degreaser and prepare heavily corroded steel surfaces using scrapers. wire brushes, needle guns etc. to St2 standard of EN ISO 8501-1:2007 or equivalent, wash down with clean fresh water and allow to dry before application.
• For clean surfaces (example production components, machinery casings etc), degrease using a water-soluble degreaser to remove dirt and oil/grease deposits. Wash down and allow to dry prior to application
• Recommended substrates: Steel and most other metallic substrates
