Maker Coating StyreFill floor & wall filler is a pre-accelerated, lightweight, BPO cured, polyester general purpose fairing/filling paste for GRP, wood and concrete.

StyreFill Floor and wall filler is a high viscosity, filled paste that cures quickly with the application of BPO Catalyst. once catalyzed it produces a flexible, easily sanded filler  for fiberglass, concrete and wooden substrates suitable for further coating with various primers and top coats. Due to its unique chemistry, StyreFill floor and wall filler can be catalysed between 1-4% to achieve the working and curing times required. StyreFill Floor and Wall Filler is resistant to cracking and breakouts even when used at thicknesses of over 20mm, whilst still achieving full cure even at very low film thicknesses. StyreFill Floor and wall filler is not effected by temperature fluctuations.

Due to the high viscosity and thixotropy of StyreFill Floor and Wall Filler, it is recommended application is by trowel or spatula. Different requirements will require different application techniques however, the same full cure can be achieved in a varying film between 0.05mm and 20mm. StyreFill Floor Filler is designed for sanding to achieve the final contours before priming, although it is also an excellent accompaniment for tacking and holding prior to permanent fixing. 

Typically sanding can take place within 30 minutes of catalysing with little or no clogging of sand paper.

Sanding Time @ 2% catalyst is 20 - 30 minutes @ 20 degrees C
