PPG Thinner 90-53 is a clear solvent-based thinner designed for use primarily as a cleaner for PPG coating products. Used to thin product down and improve flow for cleaning tools & equipment after application.

PPG Thinner 90-53 is suitable for use with: PSX 700, SigmaCover 2, SigmaCover 280, SigmaCover 350, SigmaCover 400, SigmaCover 456, SigmaDur 1800, SigmaDur 520, SigmaDur 550, SigmaFast 205, & SigmaGuard CSF 585

PPG Thinner 90-53 has been formulated for use as a cleaner & for application on substrates where some thinning is required. This includes application during colder temperatures or with certain types of application equipment.

This thinner is designed to reduce the thickness of certain PPG coatings, improve flow, & reduce adhesion for cleaning. Usually 1-10% of the coating volume is sufficient to thin a coating ready for use. 90-53 is primarily used to clean up paint after use (please check product data sheets as the recommended thinner is not always the recommended cleaner).

PPG Thinner 90-53 is designed for use with a variety of PPG products:

PSX 700, SigmaCover 2, SigmaCover 280, SigmaCover 350, SigmaCover 400, SigmaCover 456, SigmaDur 1800, SigmaDur 520, SigmaDur 550, SigmaFast 205, & SigmaGuard CSF 585
