PPG SigmaDur 550H is a high-solids, two-part, gloss, aliphatic acrylic polyurethane topcoat suitable for high film-build (up to 150µm) application onto metal, wood, plastics, concrete, and more. It can also be applied direct to metal without the need for a primer.

Easy to apply (by spray, brush, or roller), quick drying, with a highly decorative finish and unlimited overcoatability make it an ideal coating for products with long service life and for maintenance crews handling such projects. High film-build and direct to metal application offer a quicker turnaround and ensure lower VOCs emissions per project.

SigmaDur 550H is classified for ISO 12944 C5 environments and below, ensuring a hard wearing finish in even the toughest environments.
