RUST-OLEUM® Alkythane® 7500 is ideal for use on metal surfaces primed with RUST-OLEUM® rust primers. Applied on old intact coatings or well primed surfaces, Alkythane® 7500 offers a long-lasting industrial-duty protection. For metal constructions in very aggressive environments we advise to use an additional coat of RUST-OLEUM® Primer or Alkythane® 7500 topcoat.
The coatings are lead- and chromate-free and contains rust-inhibitive pigments (except for 7510 clear) for additional protection.
Rustoleum Alkythane 7500 Metal Paint is intended for brush and roller application and can also be applied by spray. On properly primed or previously coated surfaces Rustoleum Alkythane 7500 Metal Paint offers corrosion protection in a light industrial environment.
For metal structures in a more aggressive industrial environment, application of an additional RUST-OLEUM Alkyd primer or Alkythane 7500 finish is recommended.
