Rustoleum - Hygienic Cleaner FK111 is a concentrated, alkaline, non-flammable, virtually odour free, gel-like cleaning and degreasing solution for vertical substrates likewalls.

Recommended Use

Used to remove oil, grease, proteins and many other surface contaminations; it neutralizes acids and acidic salts. FK 111 Cleaning Solution should be applied with a stiff nylon brush or broom.

Directions For Use

To ensure homogeneity shakewell before use. Scrape or sweep away grease, oil, dirt, mould and all other surface contaminations as much as possible. Scrub FK111 into the surface using a stiff (nylon) bristle brush. Allowto stand for 5 to 10 minutes and clean thoroughly by flushing with plenty of fresh water. FK111 should normally be applied as delivered. However, it can be diluted with fresh water up to 1 : 2 parts, when applied on surfaces which are slightly contaminated. Can also be used as an additive for (high-pressure) steam cleaning, in concentrations from 5% up to 25% for severely contaminated surfaces, followed by (steam) cleaning or rinsing with fresh water. After cleaning, remove any remaining water and allow to dry completely, as moisture left on the surface or entrapped into pores may cause failure of the coating system. Do not allowto dry before rinsing! Large surface areas or poor drying conditions may require longer drying times before a coating system can be applied.
