Tor - TorVap VCL / CM - Waterproofing Membrane is an aluminium faced, glass-fibre reinforced self-adhesive bituminous waterproofing membrane that forms a total vapour barrier. Can be used as both vapour control layer and carrier membrane in conjunction with Tor BUR system build. 

The Tor - TorVap VCL / CM - Waterproofing Membrane is available in sizes 75mm and 100m.

Installation

All surfaces on which TorVap VCL / CM have to be installed must be dry, clean, smooth and free from impurities. If the surface is porous, a suitable primer/sealer may be required. To achieve the best result, always start by laying the rolls from the lowest point and work upwards. The membrane must overlap at the edge by at least 50mm and on the top by at least 150mm. After installation, press the membrane well, being careful about details such as corners, edges, connections and overlaps. This membrane features an outer polyester film and cannot therefore be exposed directly to the sun for a long time.
