Corroless – CCI 450 – Anti Corrosion For Damp Surfaces

Corroless CCI 450 is a blend of resins and vapour phase corrosion inhibitor, developed for use where the requirement is for the customer to be able to see the substrate.

Application Details:

Recommended Substrate: Steel and most other metallic substrates.

Surface Preparation: For best results degrease using a water soluble degreaser and prepare heavily corroded steel surfaces using rust scrapers, wire brushes, needle guns, etc. to St2 standard of EN ISO 8501-1 : 1998 or equivalent.Wash down with fresh water and allow to dry prior to application.

Formulated using clear resins and vapour phase corrosion inhibitor (VCI), it works both by contact and vapour phase inhibition. It has a touch-dry glossy finish which can be safely handled. It can be applied to damp surfaces and can give up to 4 years protection. It is easy to remove or recoat.
