Tor - UniCover Ultra is a two-pack, high solids aliphatic urethane pre-polymer containing light-fast pigments and inert extenders that provides long term exterior protection of concrete and steel structures, roofs, cladding, etc.

Unicover Ultra S has been specifically designed to provide a high performance and attractive finish for the refurbishment, decoration and protection of weathered roof and vertical sheet cladding, profiled metal sheet roofs, roof edge trims and cappings and “Mansard” type roof edge cladding systems etc.

Unicover Ultra S can also be used in conjunction with Tor Elastaseal™ products to provide a hybrid waterproofing coating for metal sheet roof systems.

Intended Use

Substrates

Suitable for refurbishing many types of architectural cladding including: PVC Plastisols, PVF2, Silicone Polyester, powder coated or GRP sheets and trims, and asbestos cement/fibre cement sheeting.

Chosen to promote adhesion on a range of metal surfaces with varying conditions.

Topcoat

Unicover Ultra S (RC402), a high performance, high solids, hardwearing colour stable top coat for long term exterior protection of roofs and cladding.

Surface Preparation

Ensure surfaces are sound, clean, dry, properly prepared and primed where necessary with RC145 elastaseal Z Metal Primer Can also be applied over Elastaseal-treated sheeted roofs.

Method Of Application

Brush, short pile roller, or airless spray. Apply one or two coats as required over primed/undercoated surfaces ensuring good edge cover.
