Rustoleum 5110 - Verti-Patch is a very strong epoxy repair mortar with special lightweight fillers for repairing damaged vertical concrete, render and stone.

Reccommended Use

For repair of mineral substrates including repair of frost spalled concrete. (alsowith exposed reinforcing)

Surface Preperation

Surfaces should be clean, dry and free of all loose material. Wire brushing or sweeping is generally sufficient. Rust-Oleum ND14 can be used to remove grease and oil. A primer is not usually required if patch or crack repairing. 5401 primer is recommended when applying 5110 Verti-Patch as a thin section screed or on very porous substrates.

Directions For Use

Each pack (2,5 kg) contains a resinous filler material and 2 containers of curing agent.Mix all the curing agent containers with all the resinous filler.Mix thoroughly. Always mix for a further 5 minutes after the mix appears to be of a uniform colour to ensure thorough dispersion of the curing agent.

Application Conditions

Temperature of material, air and substrate between 10 and 35°C and relative humidity below 85%. The substrate temperature must be at least 3°C above dewpoint.
